Rental Disclaimer

Aircraft made available through Flight Club are rented to qualified pilots only. Pilots are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable requirements, including but not limited to:

• Pilot certificate and endorsements

• Medical or BasicMed eligibility (as applicable)

• Recent flight experience and currency

• Aircraft-specific checkout or transition training

Flight Club reserves the right to deny rental to any pilot who does not meet established qualifications.

Insurance Disclaimer

All aircraft are insured in accordance with Flight Club’s insurance policy. Coverage may not extend to all pilot qualifications or uses. Pilots are required to:

• Review applicable insurance coverage prior to flight

• Non-owned aircraft liability insurance ($250,000 per occurrence / $25,000 per person)

• Non-owned aircraft damage insurance ($25,000 hull value)

Pilots may be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or liability not covered by insurance.

All bookings are completed directly through Flight Club. Flight Club does not provide flight instruction unless expressly stated. Pilots are responsible for compliance with all FAA regulations, operating limitations, and local procedures.
